PHILOSOPHY

The underlying philosophy of the programme is to produce surveyors with a sound theoretical technological and practical knowledge of the engineering, scientific technological and professional aspects of the survey profession.

OBJECTIVES

i. To give the student a broad technological background that will enable him cope with the changes in this rapidly changing technologically-based discipline.

ii. To produce graduates who will be leaders of te profession in this country in such areas as land information management, cadastral and geodetic science.

iii. To produce graduates who will be able to adapt technology to the needs of the local environment.
